Fortune11 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules You Need to Know

Welcome to Fortune11. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Fortune11 ("We", "Platform") and every individual ("Member", "User", "You") who registers and uses the services offered through the fortune11.xyz website and related applications.

Fortune11 is a legally operating online Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, and e-sports platform licensed under a recognised authority. The platform is built specifically for Malaysian players, with full local payment support including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.

By accessing the Fortune11 website, completing the registration process, or making any transaction through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective from the date you first use the Fortune11 platform.

To register for and use Fortune11's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Fortune11 takes the protection of minors seriously and will terminate the account and forfeit all balances if it is established that an underage player has used our platform.
• You are an individual (not a company or organisation) registering on your own behalf.
• You only register once one account only at Fortune11. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.
• The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Fortune11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting platforms under applicable law.

Fortune11 reserves the right to decline registration or close the account of any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without being obliged to provide a reason. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Fortune11 account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Fortune11 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• Direct Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks available via FPX

All successful deposits are processed instantly — funds are credited to your Fortune11 account balance within seconds. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for all payment methods. Fortune11 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own separate charges.

You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Fortune11 reserves the right to decline deposits made via third-party accounts and to freeze the associated balance pending investigation.

Winnings earned at Fortune11 may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Fortune11 account has completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
• There are no transactions currently under investigation or on hold relating to your account.
• You have met the rollover requirements for any bonus claimed prior to submitting a withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for bank transfers, with no minimum amount required for e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, and GrabPay.

Fortune11 processes all approved withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Malaysian public holidays. In the rare event that additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. The Fortune11 team will reach out via email if further information is needed.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a bank account registered in your name on your Fortune11 profile. Fortune11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Fortune11 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, daily rebates, reload bonuses, and seasonal special offers. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses credited to your Fortune11 account must be rolled over at the rate specified in the relevant promotion terms before any withdrawal from that bonus balance is permitted. Where no rate is explicitly stated, the rollover rate is 20x the total bonus amount received.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Any bonus that remains unused upon expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bet Limits While a Bonus is Active: While a bonus is active in your Fortune11 account, the maximum stake per single bet is RM200 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Eligible Games: Each Fortune11 promotion will specify which game types or sports qualify towards meeting the rollover requirement. Bets placed on unlisted games will not count towards the rollover.
• Bonus Combination: By default, Fortune11 bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Fortune11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any attempt to abuse the Fortune11 bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.

Fortune11's Sports Betting section covers more than 35 sports, including Malaysia Super League football, the EPL, UEFA Champions League, All England and Malaysia Open badminton, Grand Slam tennis, MLBB MPL Malaysia e-sports, the NBA, and much more. The general Sports Betting rules for Fortune11 are as follows:

• Postponed or Cancelled Match: If a match is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned in full.
• In-Play Betting: Odds for in-play bets (placed while a match is in progress) are updated continuously. Fortune11 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time for technical or security reasons.
• Odds Error: Fortune11 reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error. Affected players will be notified and their stake refunded in full.
• Cash Out: The cash out feature is available on selected markets. The cash out value is determined by Fortune11 based on current match conditions and may change or become unavailable depending on the situation.
• Bet Limit: Fortune11 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits or adjust odds for any account or market at any time.

All matches for betting settlement purposes are considered to begin at their officially scheduled time. Any change of venue that does not affect the integrity of the match will not impact Fortune11's bet settlement.

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit limit for a given period through your Fortune11 account settings. This limit takes effect immediately and can only be decreased straight away — increasing the limit requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum net loss limit for a given period. Once this limit is reached, your Fortune11 account will be automatically restricted from placing new bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum duration for a single playing session at Fortune11. Once the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: An option to exclude yourself from the Fortune11 platform for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Fortune11 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts under the same individual with the intent to claim repeated bonuses or circumvent established limits.
• Use of false identity information or falsified documents during the KYC verification process.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any Fortune11 game or betting market.
• Money laundering or any financially illegal activity conducted through the Fortune11 platform in violation of Malaysian law.
• Abuse of the Fortune11 bonus system through risk-free betting strategies (arbitrage) that exploit odds discrepancies or bonus conditions.

• Any action intended to disrupt, damage, or compromise the security of Fortune11's technical infrastructure.
• Registering a Fortune11 account on behalf of another person, or using another person's Fortune11 account without their authorisation.

Fortune11 operates a sophisticated 24-hour monitoring system to detect and investigate suspicious activity. All investigations are conducted confidentially, and Fortune11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until an investigation is concluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Fortune11 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by a player as a result of unfavourable game or betting outcomes.
• Losses resulting from third-party internet service disruptions, user device failures, or connectivity issues beyond Fortune11's control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's Fortune11 account resulting from the player's own failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by technical issues or the policies of third-party financial institutions.

Fortune11's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Fortune11 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free of errors at all times.

Fortune11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests by competent regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

When an account is closed for a valid reason, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to the resolution of any ongoing investigations. If the closure is due to a breach of these Terms, Fortune11 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity.

You may also close your Fortune11 account at any time by contacting our customer support at support@fortune11.xyz. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days and any remaining balance will be returned to you.

Fortune11 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice on Fortune11 at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Fortune11 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
